Big and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. English-speaking staff at Lobby. Great breakfast buffet with whole wheat bread. Nice view of river. Boardwalk for walks across the street. Great value for the price.
For us, it was ideal.

Spent new year's at a luxurious hotel with spacious rooms and stunning river views. Conveniently located near historical sites and tourist spots. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a mix of local and international cuisine, as well as a delectable dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Poorly maintained facilities with dusty and smelly areas. Inconsistent service from staff with limited English proficiency.

The hotel is conveniently located near the riverside, offering easy access to a river cruise. Guests can reach the hotel from the train station via a comfortable taxi ride. the rooms are modern and clean, with a large bathtub and a superb view. the staff provides fantastic service, and the breakfast buffet offers a good choice of food.
Some guests have complained about poor maintenance and staff training, with some struggling to communicate in English.

Lovely riverfront, pretty surroundings with many choices to relax outside. Peaceful and romantic ambiance.
The service was poor, the staff members were not trained. Breakfast was unappetizing and not worth the price.
